CVE named one of UK’s Best Workplaces in Manufacturing, Production & Transportation™ 2026 for third year running
Cambridge Vacuum Engineering (CVE) has once again been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Manufacturing, Production & Transportation™ 2026, as announced by Great Place To Work® UK on 18th September 2026.
The Best Workplaces in Manufacturing, Production & Transportation list is created using anonymous feedback from employees about their workplace experiences. Employees responded to more than 60 survey questions describing the extent to which their organisation creates a Great Place to Work For All™. The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
