Cambridge Vacuum Engineering (CVE) to head to Essen for Schweißen & Schneiden

プレスリリース

Electron beam welding experts to showcase cutting-edge solutions

Cambridge Vacuum Engineering (CVE), a global leader in power beam welding technologies, is set to showcase its latest welding innovations at Schweißen & Schneiden, the world’s leading trade fair for joining, cutting and surfacing.

At the event, which will take place from the 15 – 18 September, CVE will highlight its advanced Ebflow™, Evflow™, Laser in Vacuum and Electron Beam Welding technologies. These high-performance solutions offer dramatically faster welding speeds and significantly reduced energy consumption compared to conventional welding techniques – without compromising weld quality or integrity.

Visitors to CVE’s exhibition stand will be able to see a range of components welded using CVE’s technologies, including segments of pressure vessels, a hairpin stator from an electric vehicle motor, turbocharger shaft wheel assemblies and copper-manganin shunt resistors.

Steve Horrex, Sales Director at CVE, said: “Schweißen & Schneiden gives us the perfect platform to engage with industry leaders and demonstrate how our technologies are transforming the future of welding. Our solutions not only boost efficiency and quality, but also support sustainability goals by reducing energy usage.”

With over 60 years of experience, CVE designs and delivers bespoke electron beam and laser welding systems tailored to individual customer needs. The company also offers complete turnkey solutions and exceptional after-sales support.
