The project, which recently concluded, was exploring the potential to improve a core manufacturing process needed to create hairpin stators &#8211; the electromagnet system central to electric vehicle engines. Streamlining this element of production is considered key to boosting the manufacture of electric vehicles worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>Bob Nicolson, Managing Director at CVE, said: \u201cWe look forward to returning to Coiltech and demonstrating how our advanced power beam welding systems can enhance production quality and efficiency for coil and transformer manufacturers.
